戴建业教授一直致力于发展适应中药特点的药效靶标鉴定及分子机制研究方法。经过10余年的探索,戴建业教授以中药黄芩为例,逐步形成了覆盖中药药理学不同层次研究的“四横四纵”(四横:中药复方-单味药-有效部位-活性单体四种对象逐层递进,四纵:整体-细胞-蛋白-位点四个层面步步深化)的技术体系。该技术体系打通了中药现代适应症确证、药效机制发现、创新药物研发的关键环节,实现了多点突破。同时,针对中药药效机制深度研究及新药研发过程中存在的问题,戴建业教授采取了多学科交叉的策略,攻克了精准靶标垂钓-定量活性检测-精细机制研究等技术难题,助力中药原始创新研究。上述研究得到了科技部重点研发计划子课题(2018YFC1706305,主持)、国家自然科学基金青年项目(82104527,主持)、甘肃省自然科学基金重点项目(20JR10RA586,主持)、西藏自治区科技计划项目重大科研专项(XZ202101ZD 0022G,主持)等项目支持。
